  1. What are the billing increments for Everdial Business?

    You will be billed in six second increments from the first 6 seconds. Minimum on any call is .01

  2. How do I sign up for Everdial Business?

    You may use our web order form which will accomodate up to 30 phone lines, or give us a call at 800 263-6690 and we will be happy to assist you.

  3. Are there any other fees associated with Everdial Business?

    There are NO monthly fees or minimums, however PICC fees apply and USF fees apply on state-to-state and international calls. Also, regular State and Federal taxes apply as normal.

  4. What is a PICC fee and how much is it?

    PICC (Pre-subscribed Interexchange Carrier Charges) are Federally mandated charges that every "business line customer" must pay based on the number and types of phone lines that they have. Business lines are charges $4.31/line. If a business has only one line, there is no PICC fee.
    If you have a Centrex or Centex or Sentrek system, PICC fees are only .48 per line.

  5. Will charges from Everdial appear on my regular phone bill?

    No. We will bill you separately. All of your calls will be itemized by date, number called and duration of calls. If you have more than one phone line, each number will be itemized with the calls made on that line. Billing will be provided by Isterra.

  6. Does Everdial Business offer calling cards?

    Yes. The rate is currently 9.9¢ per minute for any domestic call. All calling card calls will be included in your monthly bill. A surcharge of .35 applies to calling card calls originating from payphones within US.

  7. Does Everdial Business pay the switching fees?

    Yes! If you make a copy of your bill, we will gladly reimburse you for the switching fee up to $5. Customers need to send it with your invoice from Isterra and we will credit it towards next month's bill.

  8. Does Everdial Business offer Toll Free Service?

    Yes, Everdial offers top quality toll free service. All calls inbound that are from out-of-state will bill at 4.9 minute. Inbound Toll Free within your state usually bill at a slightly higher rate.
    On our online service application, you may request a new toll free number or you can download our Responsible Organization Form to transfer an existing toll free number.

    We will bill you directly. All of your calls will be itemized by date, number called and duration of calls. If you have more than one phone line, each number will be itemized with the calls made on that line. Billing will be provided by Isterra.

  10. How do I place an international call?

    To make an international call: 011 + country code + city code + local number.
    Please be aware that calls to mobile or wireless phones in many countries bill at a higher rate. If you look at the international chart and there is no special rate for mobile phones, then they will bill the same as a land line call.

    Within the USA, calls to wireless or mobile phones bill at the same state to state or in-state rate.
    Please be aware that calls to mobile or wireless phones in many countries bill at a higher rate. If you look at the international chart and there is no special rate for mobile phones, then they will bill the same as a land line call.

  12. What is the USF fee?

    All telecommunications carriers are required to contribute to the Federal Universal Service Fund (also known as USF) which provides communications services to schools, rural health care facilities, and certain other entities. The Federal Universal Service Fee is assessed on interstate and international calls only. A USF of 9.5% will apply to all state-to-state & international calls.
